Residence permit duration

The duration of the permit can be up to one year and is renewable every year by submitting an application until the program of studies followed by the student is completed, provided that the student still meets the requirements of the legislation for renewing their residence permit.

Submission of Applications

• Applications must be submitted to the Migration Department through a representative of the university.
• The application should be accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and submitted at least 10 days prior to the expiration date.
