The recreation facilities at AUB Mediterraneo will include two basketball courts, two tennis courts, and one mini football course for a total area of 3,980 square meters.​

The university will also be contracting with nearby facilities to provide students with access to fully equipped gyms, complete with treadmills, spin bikes, multi-exercise bars, elliptical machines, pull-up machines, steps, work benches, saunas, and swimming pools.
