Dr. Elena P. Antonacopoulou

Elena P. Antonacopoulou earned her PhD in management (1997) from the University of Warwick in the UK, and holds an MA in management (1992) from the University of Kent in the UK, and a BBA (1989) from The Philips College in Nicosia, Cyprus. Her principal research expertise lies in the future of work, organizational learning, and strategic resilience and renewal, with a focus on leadership implications. She is published widely and has earned many research grants, awards, and accolades. Antonacopoulou served as tenured faculty (full professor) at universities in the UK (Warwick, Manchester, Liverpool) and Canada (Western) and as a visiting professor in the UK, Norway, and Cyprus. She has been elected and served in leadership roles in leading professional bodies in the management field including AOM, EURAM, EGOS, and BAM. In addition to her academic work, Antonacopoulou is also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
