This is what you need to do to secure your spot and scholarships for fall 2025.
1 Review these acceptance conditions now
You must meet these three acceptance conditions by July 31, 2025 in order to register!
  • Satisfy the English language requirement.
  • Successfully complete the final year of secondary school.
  • Submit the official school-leaving certificate or diploma.
You also need to check everything you need to do to prepare for your arrival in Pafos (see point 4 below)
2 Pay the confirmation fee via wire transfer by May 15, 2025
€1,000 (non-refundable/non-transferable) if you are an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen,
or
€3,500 if you are not an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen and require an entry permit to Cyprus. This satisfies ​the €3,000 minimum tuition deposit required by immigration and is divided as follows:
  • €1,000: tuition deposit (non-refundable/non-transferable);
  • €2,000: tuition deposit (refundable if the entry permit is not awarded by the Civil Registry and Migration Department);
  • €500: (non-refundable) for settling visa charges, one-year health insurance, bank guarantee, and processing fees.
Please remit the total amount net of bank charges to our bank account (details below). Be sure to include the student’s name and ID# in the instruction text as follows: "Enrollment Confirmation Fee for Student Name (ID#10xxxxxxx)."

3 Select your major

Reply to your acceptance email, specify your major, and attach proof of confirmation fee payment.

4 Prepare for your arrival in Pafos ​

AUB Mediterraneo will support new students to secure housing and visa/residency permits for Cyprus.

4.1   Apply for  housing  (if you plan to live in the student dorms).


4.2 Apply for a student visa (for international students).  

 

To finalize your enrollment at AUB Mediterraneo, if you have a non-EU citizenship, you are required to: 

  • apply for and obtain a student visa (‘Blue Slip’) before coming to Cyprus.  

  • apply for a permit of stay for study purposes after you arrive in Cyprus.

You MUST submit your student visa application by, and no later than, June 30, 2025 


4.3 Review your welcome email, which you will receive by the end of July 2025, that contains essential information regarding New Student Orientation.
