Students applying to AUB Mediterraneo with a valid residence permit in the Republic of Cyprus must apply for a renewal of a residence permit due to change of residence status.

Required Documents

1. Application form MEDU1.
2. Copy of valid passport or other travel document, with a validity covering at least the duration of the intended stay.
3. If the third-country national is a minor, a parental authorization or an equivalent document.
4. Original Certificate of a Clear Criminal Record from Cyprus.
5. Original medical examinations for Hepatitis B and C, AIDS/HIV, Syphilis, and a chest X-ray report for Tuberculosis from a public or private hospital of Cyprus, stamped by a doctor.
6. Acceptance letter (provided by the University).
7. Certificate of Health Insurance for medical care that covers inpatient and outpatient care and transportation of remains (provided by the University).
8. Title deed or accommodation rental agreement.
9. Certification by a bank institution in the Republic of Cyprus that certifies that the third-country national has transferred a sufficient amount of money into a personal account, in order to cover living, study, and repatriation expenses for the duration of the intended stay.
10. jCopy of current/valid residence permit.
11. Certified copies of all relevant academic records (and proof of English language knowledge) in English or Greek.
12. Proof of payment of at least the €3,000 minimum tuition deposit required by Migration.
13. Declaration not to seek asylum.
14. Declaration of mailing address.
15. Authorization letter.
