Ibrahim Dabdoub
A trustee emeritus since 2015 and a trustee since 2004, Dabdoub is the former group chief executive officer of the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK). He is a board member of the Central Bank of Jordan, International Institute of Finance, cochairman of Emerging Markets Council (EMAC) at the Institute, a member of the Group of Thirty and the International Monetary Conference and a board member of the Bretton Woods Committee. Dabdoub is a member of the Board of Advisors at the Center for Contemporary Arab Studies at Georgetown University, the Advisory Council of Carnegie Middle East Centre, and the Board of Trustees of Kuwait Maastricht Business School. He is a graduate of the Middle East Technical University (BBA ’60) and Stanford University (Executive Program ’82).
