Tania Issa Semaan

​​A trustee since 2018, Tania Issa Semaan is a co-founder and director of the Semaan Foundation, established in 2011 by her late husband Maroun Semaan to support philanthropic activities in the fields of education, healthcare and social welfare. In 2017, AUB’s Faculty of Engineering and Architecture was named after Maroun Semaan following a transformative gift made by the Semaan Foundation. Tania is the Chairman of Blu Stone Management Ltd, a Dubai based Investment Firm. The company is invested across different geographies and covers a wide range of sectors. Semaan is involved in many charitable and philanthropic organizations that contribute to education and cultural enrichment throughout the world. She attended Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.​ ​​​​​​​​​​
