Dr. Yaozhi Zhang

Yaozhi Zhang holds a PhD in marketing management from the University of South-Eastern Norway. He also earned the Erasmus Mundus European Master in Tourism Management (EMTM), jointly offered by the University of Southern Denmark (Denmark), the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), and the University of Girona (Spain), in 2021. His research has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Business Research, Annals of Tourism Research Empirical Insights, and Tourism Recreation Research.

His expertise lies in quantitative and computational methods, with research interests centered on digital marketing. Specifically, he investigates how digital technologies can be leveraged to enable value co-creation between customers and marketers, and how such efforts contribute to firms’ marketing and business performance. ​​​​​
