Members of the AUB Mediterraneo Community may file a formal complaint of discrimination, discriminatory harassment, or sexual harassment by filling the corresponding Notice Form. The form should be delivered to the Equity/Title IX Coordinator in person or to one of the Title IX Deputies. Investigations of formal complaints follow specific procedures.

2. Notice of Sexual Harassment form

Members of the AUB Mediterraneo community may also voluntarily choose to have their complaint of discrimination, discriminatory harassment, or sexual harassment resolved through an informal resolution process instead of a formal investigation. If the Equity/Title IX Coordinator determines that an informal resolution is appropriate, she will work with the concerned parties to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.”
