The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Gender Equality Action Plan (DEI-GE-AP) is a strategic plan developed by the DEI/Title IX Office for the AUB Mediterraneo campus, aimed at fostering an inclusive, equitable, and respectful environment where all members can thrive. This plan has been specifically designed to address and meet the Gender Equality (GE) requirements outlined in Horizon Europe (European Union), alongside other key diversity and inclusion goals.

The DEI-GE-AP focuses on four priority areas, collectively referred to as CARE
