Hannah Murtagh

Hannah Murtaghholds an MA from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, USA. She has more than fifteen years of international teaching experience and has taught in several countries, most recently in Muscat, Oman. Her work focuses on teaching academic English, developing curriculum for literature and writing courses, and supporting institutional quality management in education. Her current research interests include the integration of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) into academic writing and teaching and learning practices. At the American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo, Murtagh teaches Academic English and writing courses.
