Biography
Racha Saad is an educator and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in academia and industry. She taught a wide variety of courses including economics, business data analysis, statistics, marketing, management, and business computing at leading institutions such as the American University of Beirut – Mediterraneo and UAE University. She also delivered “Train the Trainer” programs on entrepreneurship, leadership, and strategic management with international partners. In industry, Racha founded and scaled an online luxury retail platform, established strategic supply chains, and held senior financial roles at Refaat Saad Est. as Senior Accountant, and at BLOM Bank as Credit Analyst.
